The Cash Balance Fund seeks to achieve a long-term rate of return of 3-5% while  maintaining a prudent level of risk. The CIT is designed as an investment vehicle for cash balance plans. It invests in short and  intermediate term fixed income funds, as well as U.S. and International equity funds.
